My Post Season

It is a nice day up in the Front Range foothills. I got out for a nice 2hr hike this afternoon.

My Hiking Partner, Max

The Singletrack in Golden Gate Canyon SP is looking good.

I haven’t been on the bike since Sunday early morning.  The soreness and tenderness is gone from my knee, but I’m taking a much need break.  I really never took a break in the fall.  I went right into training for Old Pueblo.  My plan was to take at least a week off after Old Pueblo, and I’m doing just that.    I’ll pick my training back up next week, in  two week base period, then start building for the spring races.

My next race is the 12hr Dawn Til Dusk in Gallup NM.  I got second there last year.  Hoping to improve on that this year.
