Inside Trainer

I couldn’t get out side today because I needed to stay home with the kids.  I got on the training and did some intervals.

5 3×3 at high zone 4 (4.6-4.9)

After a 8 min recovery I did some over under intervals.

2x 4 min in zone 2, then 4 min zone 4, then 4 min zone 2

8 min recovery give my 1.5 hr.
