Daily Double

Another Daily Double today.  Weights in the AM, then a two hour road ride on a hilly course.

I’m currently in the Maximum Strength period of the strength training.  Lots of weight little reps.   I’m noticing a difference in the endurance on big climbs.   I have a couple of more weeks of the MS period, I’m expecting big gains.
