I ventured out on the MTB yesterday. The south facing slopes are totally clear around here, and provide a nice change to riding. I was able to ride in the State park near my home, which have some of the best trails around. Most of my favorite trails are not open, but it won’t be long.
I was able to ride for almost two hours, mostly on single track, with two good climbs. I kept it mostly in zone 2. There was a lot of wind, so being on the trails made it nice to be protected from the gusts.
Here is the data from my workout. The ride was an out and back, but still a good time!
