Starting Rest Week

The last couple of weeks have included some good training.  I concluded the Base 1 work period.  Now it’s time to take a week off.  Well, not completely off.  I’ll still do some strength work, and some easy spinning, and if weather permits a road or MTB ride for two hrs.   I shouldn’t have more the 7 hrs total workout.
