With the winter coming on strong, many of us are forced indoors to start our base training for the 2011 race season. To help fend off the indoor riding blues I’m starting a series of ‘workout of the day’ posts on my website, my twitter feed and facebook page. I may not post one every day, but I’m going to do my best to keep you all entertained as much as possible.
I’ll be including core, strength and cycle workouts. Most of thw cycle workouts can be done outside, but can easily be done on an indoor trainer. If time and weather permits, you should always get outside instead of ride the trainer. You never know when you’ll be stuck inside.
