Long session on the trainer

After Tuesdays super hard session, I took wednesday off, with only a slight easy spin in the evening.  Not knowing how much time I had for a workout during my training this weekend, I did a two hour zone 2 on the trainer.  I used the gear to similate hills and vary my HR around the zone.  Over all it was a good session.   Watching the TOC made it easy.
