The first plan is for the beginner 100 mile MTB race finisher. This build plan is best for someone looking to finish the race. Training is 7-13 hrs a week and lasts 12 weeks.
The second plan is for the experienced endurance racer looking for a personal best. This base plan is 7-14 hrs of training a week and also last 12 weeks.
Both plans are build plans designed specifically for 100 Mile MTB races.
