The Coaching Terms and Conditions are an agreement between the Athlete (the person purchasing the service) and the Coach (MTBCoach).
Workouts
Your workout sessions should be recorded with a compatible TrainingPeaks device. Each session should be uploaded to TrainingPeaks at least weekly (daily preferred) to allow your coach to view the session, analyze, and provide feedback.
Payment
Payment is due every 4 weeks at the receipt of the invoice. We recommend adding the mailer@waveapps.com address as email contact so you don’t miss emails from our billing system. Our billing system also supports auto pay and we recommend you use that so you can set it and forget about it. Autopay is the easiest way to pay for invoices. Past due invoices may include a 10% late charge.
Pausing
You can pause your coaching at any time because of an illness or injury. However, we will continue to bill you to hold you on our roaster. If you decide to not pay we may fill your spot with another athlete.
Canceling
As a courtesy, we ask that you give us 30 days’ notice when canceling for any reason. The cancelation request should be written, email, or letter. If you cancel and decide to rejoin later you will pay the new rate, if there is a rate change. You’ll keep the same rate as long as you are on our roster and are current in your payments. If you decide to take a break from coaching and stop paying you’ll pay the new rate when you start paying again.
Refunds
Refunds can be made after 5 days of payment. After 5 days there are no refunds. If you are unhappy with our service for any reason discuss with your coach and some exceptions can be made.
