Last day of my three day block, and I needed a big long ride. There is a great ride, but a really tough loop I do from my home. It goes from HWY 46 and HWY 119 north to HWY 72, up to Wondervue, then down to HWY 93, then south to Golden Gate Canyon Rd back up to the top of HWY 119.
The end result:
- 3:57 hrs total duration
- 3:52 hrs riding time (short break at White Ranch)
- 55 miles
- 8200 ft ascent (questionable) but that’s what my Edge 305 says.
- 3800 Calories
- 1 big two hour climb from 6200ft – 9300 ft
- two sore legs
