So reap the rewards of that focused commitment with our Annual MTB Training Plan. tt provides the same custom-built, goal-specific focus as our Custom MTB Training Plan, with the added convenience of a full year plan that you can pre-purchase. The Annual MTB Training Plan is created in 4 blocks of 12 weeks each. We work with you individually to create each training block during the year so that it corresponds to your fitness level, schedule and goal changes. Workout and race analysis may be purchased separately as with our Consulting Services and is included in our Personal MTB Coaching and Premium MTB Coaching services.
Each Annual MTB Training Plan includes:
- Review and analysis of your completed Athlete Interview Form and Personal Goals Worksheet.
- Customized Annual MTB Training Plan built for use with a Power Meter, Heart Rate Monitor or Perceived Exertion Rate available online via TrainingPeaks or in PDF format (upon request) .
- Daily email reminder with workout details.
- Custom training plan created in four, 12-week blocks.
- Nutrition guidance provided by MTBCoach partner, Apex Nutrition, LLC. Get a 25% discount on the Apex Nutrition Fuel Right Instant Download Sports Nutrition Plan eBook and 2 free weeks of nutrition coaching with the purchase of any MTBCoach Training Plan or Coaching Service.
- The MTBCoach Training and Racing Handbook, which includes information about how to use the training plan, execute workouts, nutrition, rest and recovery and much more.
- The option to get a TrainingPeaks Premium account for $20 per month for the duration of the plan.
Cancelation: If you decide terminate the Annual Training Plan, we will refund unwanted/unused training plans at a pro rated value, plus $50 surcharge.
