These plans include coaching via email and phone contact.  I am able to coach athletes in person as well as email and phone, (for people that are in the Colorado Front Range and Summit County).

Basic Training Plans

Basic plans are 12 weeks long. These plans are pre-built and ready to use.

You also have the option to get a Training Peaks premium account at $10 (reg. $19) for the duration of the plan.

Custom Training Plans

Custom Training Plans are created to help an athlete accomplish a specific goal.  Each plan is custom built for each athlete after an extensive interview to understand the athletic ability and goals.   Plans are  based on a 12 week schedule, typically built around a base period, i.e winter training, or a race preparation period to peak at specific events.

These plans are built for training with a Power Meter, Heart Rate Monitor or Perceived Exertion Rate, which ever method you used.

You also have the option to get a Training Peaks premium account at $10 (reg. $19) for the duration of the plan.

Basic 3 Month Coaching Service

The coach and athlete have the opportunity to discuss by phone or email progress (initiated by the athlete)  on training plans and workouts.  These plans are built for training with a Power Meter, Heart Rate Monitor or Perceived Exertion Rate, which ever method you used.

This plan includes:

  • Custom Training Plan (see above)
  • A free training peaks premium account to manage your plan with 3 month purchase.
  • Weekly athlete initiated communication by email or phone.
  • Monthly training progress analysis
  • Pre-race preparation
  • Nutrition analysis
  • Review previous season workout files from WKO or TrainingPeaks (optional $75)

Unlimited Coaching  Plan

The Unlimited plan is the same as the Weekly Plan except the coach and athlete have the opportunity to have daily communication. These plans are built for training with a Power Meter, Heart Rate Monitor or Perceived Exertion Rate, which ever method you used.
